國(guó)徽是一個(gè)國(guó)家最集中、最簡(jiǎn)潔、最傳神的象征。在莊嚴(yán)的國(guó)徽上，除有關(guān)圖案外，有些國(guó)家還在上面寫上一句帶有哲理性的簡(jiǎn)潔格言，以表達(dá)該國(guó)人民、該民族的特點(diǎn)、信仰和夙愿。

　　India(印度)：The truth is above anything. 真理高于一切。

　　Nepal(尼泊爾)：The motherland is even more valuable than the paradise. 祖國(guó)比天堂還寶貴。

　　Nigeria(尼日利亞)：Unity and confidence. 團(tuán)結(jié)和信心。

　　Zambia(贊比亞)：One Zambia, a nationality. 一個(gè)贊比亞，一個(gè)民族。

　　Burma(緬甸)：Harmony and the life in good order contain the happiness. 和諧而有秩序的生活蘊(yùn)藏著幸福。

　　Bolivia(玻利維亞)：God, honor, motherland. 上帝、榮譽(yù)、祖國(guó)。

　　France(法國(guó))：Freedom, equality, fraternity. 自由、平等、博愛。

　　Norway(挪威)：All is for Norway. 一切為了挪威。

　　Switzerland(瑞士)：All, for everybody; everybody, for a person. 一切為大家，大家為一人。

　　Singapore(新加坡)：Advance, Singapore. 前進(jìn)吧，新加坡。

　　Belgium(比利時(shí))：Unity is the strength. 團(tuán)結(jié)就是力量。

　　New Zealand(新西蘭)：Honest forever. 永遠(yuǎn)正直。

　　Britain(英國(guó))：Evil is rewarded with evil. Right of God and me. 惡有惡報(bào)。上帝和我的權(quán)力。

　　U.S.A.(美國(guó))：It is one to shut ally. 合眾為一。
