More press coverage on Density/Planning & Zoning

The Reston Citizens Association and ARCH (Alliance of Reston Clusters and Homeowners), co-sponsored a community forum on the impending changes in planning and zoning suggested by the Fairfax Co. Board of Supervisors. The forum’s principal aim was to educate the Reston community about the planning and zoning issues that have prompted the County staff to contemplate a rewriting of the zoning ordinance. It is critical that a learning process precede drawing up positions on any proposed changes, already taken by some Reston residents and groups.
